We are so inundated with information about healthy eating and fitness that we may not know where to turn or what to choose. Some may be unknown to rest of the fitness and vegan world, but when utilized, you will see dramatic changes in your health and appearance. People change their eating habits for different reasons. The same goes for fitness. Sometimes, they don’t like what they see in the mirror. Sometimes, it’s a warning from their doctor. Whatever the reason your interest is peaked in health and fitness, you’ve come to the right place. A lot of this information comes from research I did years ago, and like doctors who must continue to read medical journals, I continue to learn and discover.
Therefore, there’s never really an ending point to this site. Just as there are advances in electronics, the same goes for the understanding of the human body and what’s best for it. So I’m always learning and will always be sharing. The goal of this site is to help you reverse any unhealthy condition you may have due to poor dietary and lifestyle choices. It is also for those who want to become or remain healthy and live a longer, more meaningful life.
We will accomplish this with tasty vegan preparations and the right kind of exercise regimen . It’s ok if you want to begin this journey for vain reasons. If it’s all (or mostly) about looks, that’s ok too. Whatever the motivation that has brought you to the point that you want to take better care of yourself, all that matters is that you’re here.
