What? Me a vegan? I loved meat too much. But at the age of forty-one, I got some bad news from my doctor after my annual check-up. I was now a candidate for a heart attack or a stroke because my blood work showed that my cholesterol was very high. So my doctor put me on Crestor to lower the cholesterol. Well, the Crestor worked and it lowered my cholesterol .

I was given a diet and exercise plan from my doctor. I was then taken off Crestor so I could implement the diet/exercise plan. To my dismay, my next check up showed that my cholesterol went right back up. So, I was put back on Crestor.

After a year my wife asked me, “are you going to be on this drug the rest of your life”? I decided then that I must take action to rid myself of this potentially fatal condition. I started studying about Veganism, fitness and of all of the information that I could find. Now I had a reason to reconsider the vegan lifestyle. It was no longer just a good idea. The prolonging of my health and life now demanded it.

Some might call what I’m about to share with you radical. But I believe it saved my life!


The Parasite Purge

If you’re not currently a vegan, even if the only meat you eat is fish, how can I put this delicately? You more than likely have worms or the eggs of parasites (or both) in your intestines. You therefore will have to rid yourself of these parasites before beginning this plan.


Here’s What You’ll Need For the Parasite Purge
Four Cups of Raw Pumpkin Seeds

Four Sticks of Carrots

Senna Tea (Tea Bag)

The pumpkin seeds and carrots both have properties that will cause the worms to release their hold on the intestine wall. The senna tea contains the properties required to extract the worms out of your system.

Note: If you are a diabetic, it is recommended that you get your doctor’s clearance before doing this purge.

Your last meal (the day before doing this purge) should be no later than 5:00pm. On the of your purge, your first intake of the pumpkin seeds and carrots should be within the range of 7:00am to 9:00am.


Morning Instructions:

1. You may steam two of the carrots to make them easier to eat

2. Place two cups of pumpkin seeds in blender and use a little water, blend into a

paste.

3. Eat the blended pumpkin seeds first, then follow with the two carrots
Afternoon Instructions:

1. Within the range of 2:00pm to 2:30pm,

2. Prepare the rest of the pumpkin seeds and carrots as in the morning.

3. In a small pot, bring water to its boiling point and turn off fire.

4. Let tea bag sit in pot for five minutes, then remove it.

5. one hour after you have eaten the last two carrots,

6. Pour the tea into a mug and drink it.

The morning session may begin the process of purging, but the second meal will complete it. Do not be afraid of what you’ll see in the toilet. Remember, you’re ridding your body of some pretty vile creatures.


The Two-Meal-A-Day Plan

The very next day after your purge, you’ll begin your journey as a vegan. Just like with the purge, your time to eat breakfast will be 7:00am to 9:00am. Your second and final meal of the day will be within the range of 2:00PM – 2:30PM.

Many vegans aren’t aware of The-Two-Meals-A-Day Plan. They eat three squares like most people. But those who are interested in optimum health, or are trying to rid their bodies (as in my case) of sickness and disease, the two-meals-a-day plan is the way to go. If you feel that you’re not ready to take on this challenge, this plan caters to a three-meal-a-day plan also.  the goal is to adopt a habit of  healthy eating.
